These Terms of Service form the agreement between Campbellville Casino and you, covering the VIP Club, Jackpots, Lobby, Promotions and Live Casino. Once you open an account or stake on any game, you are deemed to accept them. Please read them in full before playing.
When do these terms apply to me?

How do I register, and how many accounts can I hold?
3.1 Each person may hold just one Campbellville Casino account. Any extra accounts will be closed, and bonuses on them cancelled.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?
8.1 Accounts are held in Canadian dollars (CAD), and all stakes, wins and payments are in CAD.

8.4 How quickly your money arrives depends on the payment option you pick. For most methods, the wait runs anywhere from one hour to four. A bank wire is slower and can last at most 12 hours. Neither deposits nor withdrawals attract any fee from us.
8.5 We release payouts only after identity checks are finished, and only to payment methods registered to you personally.

9.1 Our Bonus Terms govern every promotion, including the welcome offer and Campbellville Rewards. If these terms and the Bonus Terms conflict on a bonus matter, the Bonus Terms prevail.
Which law applies?
10.1 The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern this agreement, along with any local law covering your play in the place you live.
Who can play here?
11.1 To register, you must be 19 or older, reside in Canada and be located somewhere that online gambling is lawful under local rules.
11.2 We meet Canadian anti-money laundering, identity and age requirements, and complete KYC and geolocation checks before any deposit is accepted.
11.3 People who have self-excluded with us cannot open or reopen an account during their exclusion.
What conduct is not allowed?
12.1 The following are not permitted:
- Playing on behalf of someone else or letting another person use your account.
- Opening more than one account.
- Colluding with other players, using bots or exploiting software faults.
- Hiding your actual location behind a VPN or comparable service.
- Depositing funds that are not yours or making false chargebacks.
- Abusing promotions as described in our Bonus Terms.
12.2 If we uncover such activity, the account may be limited or shut down, any winnings linked to it may be cancelled and, where the law demands it, details may be shared with the appropriate authorities.
